Meet Michael Kerr

Michael Kerr is a registered osteopath and movement specialist with over 40 years of experience across clinical practice, rehabilitation and performance environments.

Through decades of hands-on work, Michael recognised recurring patterns of chronic tension and restricted movement that often persisted beyond traditional treatment.

Neuraleze was developed from this experience- combining clinical insight with practical movement education.

Why Neuraleze Exists

Neuraleze was created to solve a common problem: short-term relief without lasting change.

Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, the method works with how the nervous system, intrinsic muscles and movement patterns function together.

By improving these deeper foundations, the body can reduce unnecessary tension, move more efficiently and regain confidence.

The Neuraleze Approach

Neuraleze is based on the belief that lasting movement change happens when the nervous system, intrinsic support muscles and connective tissues are addressed together.

The approach is calm, precise and sensory-led, with an emphasis on awareness, control and integration.

Through simple guided movement, the body is encouraged to reorganise naturally- improving ease, coordination and resilience.

Why It Feels Different

Many methods ask the body to push harder.

Neuraleze teaches the body to organise better.

That is often where lasting change begins.
